Our Team

Lester Forman is Director of Technology and Business Support, and has responsibility for driving business and technology innovation, and overseeing the use of information and communication technology (ICT) enterprise-wide systems and physical security services.

He joined FortisTCI in February 2014 as the Director of Information Technology and was later promoted to his current role. Prior to joining the company, he was Managing Director of Peak Consulting Ltd., a company he created to provide telecommunications, marketing, sales, PR, event planning and project management services. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Mr. Forman worked for many years as a telecommunications executive in the Caribbean with Cable & Wireless, serving as Vice President, Sales and Mobile in Anguilla from 2005 to 2008 and in various roles with the company in the Cayman Islands, including Corporate Sales Manager, 2001 to 2005, Major Account Manager, Business Sales, 1997-2001 and Supervisor, Planning External Network from 1986 to 1997.

Mr. Forman has a MBA in Business Management from Almeda University. He also holds the BTEC Higher Nation Diploma in Telecom Electronics (1996) and the BTEC Ordinary National Diploma in Telecom Electronics (1984) from Cable & Wireless Technical College, United Kingdom. He has numerous other professional certifications including Sales Management, Negotiation, Customer Service Management and Project Management.

Mr. Forman formerly served as Vice President of the Providenciales Chamber of Commerce and a Director of the Rotary Clubs of Grand Cayman, Anguilla and Providenciales.
